Refund Policy for Microgreens:
At Spark of Life, we take pride in delivering fresh and high-quality microgreens to our customers. Due to food safety reasons and the perishable nature of our products, we regret to inform you that we do not offer refunds once the microgreens have been delivered.

Damaged or Defective Products:
In the unlikely event that your microgreens arrive damaged or defective, please contact our customer service team immediately upon delivery. We may request photographic evidence to assess the issue. If deemed valid, we will arrange for a replacement or issue a credit for the damaged or defective items.

Cancellation and Modification:
If you wish to make changes to your subscription or cancel future deliveries, please refer to our cancellation policy. Note that cancellation requests within the specified notice period may still incur prorated charges.
